- Network your property nationally and internation- ally through our affiliations with international brokers and referral networks and by posting your property on top national and international real estate web sites.
- Communicate the results of our activities to you on a frequent and consistent basis.
- Continuously update you regarding any changes in the market including pricing modifications and competitive analysis.
- Make available to you an up-to-date log of all showings of your property, with comments whenever possible.
- Make you completely aware of the various methods of financing that your buyer may want to use, including the possibility of you, the seller, providing some financing.
- Represent your interest upon presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and assist in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
- Provide financial projections, including figuring the net proceeds from your sale, taking into account your outstanding loan balance, closing costs and possible seller financing.
- Facilitate a successful closing, handling all followup and keeping you informed aft er the contract has been accepted on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
